Stayed 3 nights in a 3 bed apartment. From the minute we arrived we were made feel really welcome. The apartment was great. Spacious and perfect for the family. Balcony overlooking the canal and a few hundred yards from sea life aquarium and the beach with a host of cafes and restaurants I could park the car up and enjoy the stay! Would strongly recommend.

A nice stay away from home!!! Location is amazing!! The owners were so nice and if we needed anything were there so quickly to help out.

Overall excellent and very relaxing! The manager was lovely and kept us updated on everything to do with our booking. The unit was a great size for our family and in a great location. The bathrooms were very nice and modern.

Paul and Jo are great hosts enjoyable stay weather fantastic. Managers very helpful attended to all our requests. Location great for children. Pool was great. Kitchen very well equipped. Children loved the toys to play with.

Excellent place to stay, Manager extremely willing to help and make your stay a holiday to remember. The views from all rooms up the Mooloolaba river are very pleasant and the rooms are modern and airy.

This accomodation is outstanding. Stayed with 15 overseas guests doing a course and the attention to detail for these people was excellent. The accomodation manager Peter is a great help and goes the extra yard to make your stay a great experience. The apartments are spacious with balconies and all have a rooftop entertainment area.

Staying here for a short course at the university. The best place to have work at the same time.. you got the river view, Sea Life almost next door, the wonderful beach in walking distance, they have basement parking area for your car or you can just catch the bus (bus stop within 4 minutes walk). Wide range of shops and culinary experience are in walking distance.

When we had to leave our accommodation in the middle of the night due to a fire, the manager Peter gave us and other displaced tourists apartments for the night. The he arranged for all of us to say at his establishment for the rest of our holiday.

We arrived early because of our flights and Host Peter allowed us to use our apartments early, which was much appreciated. Everything we needed in both units. Also included at no extra charge was portable cot, high chair and a stroller if we needed. We also made use of the childrens beach toys. Right across the road from the beach, perfect position, and basically right next door to underwater world, where we could come and go all day.

We had a 3 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor which had a great balcony overlooking the river. There was heaps of room , beds were comfy and everything you could possibly need was there. Easy walk to the beach across the road and also the shops and restaurants on the main drag. Would be perfect for a young family holiday with the pool in view of the rooms and a nice little beach out front . Hosts were friendly... we will be back.

Our Spinaker Quays apartment was on the ground floor overlooking the pool. With a young grandson this was ideal. Peter the manager is brilliant, he tried very hard to ensure our stay was first class.

We stayed at Spinnaker Quays for a week over Christmas and really enjoyed our stay. Peter was just lovely and helpful, the unit had everything we had expected and the view was great.
